API REQUEST POST /schemas/routes/validate HTTP/2.0 -- how do we turn this off?

I am observing a lot of logs in terms of 500 every 5 minutes on Datadog, it appears that Proxy Container is sending API requests using Loopback IP Address:

I have few questions related to this:

1. Is this needed?
2. If YES, how can I reduce number of API requests generated?
3. If NO, how can disable this?

I could not find anything with Kong Helm chart related to /schemas/routes/validate, looks like it's not configurable and it's happening within a container.

Kong Version:"2.37.5"
