Problems with printing the element type in DEM3D #1002

It might be simple to solve but I don't want to break the other DEM-related applications.

The pure DEM-3D app does not print the spheric element type in the ProjectParameters json file. It prints "ElementType" : [], and it should be "ElementType" : "SphericPartDEMElement3D".

Lo he probado con la rama master y me escribe bien "ElementType": "SphericPartDEMElement3D"

Dime con que version de gid / kratos te pasa

Hola @jginternational

Última versión de Kratos, GiDInterface y GiD la penúltima, la 17.1.0d Win.

Funciona si lanzas los casos test de la GUI tal cual, sin tocar nada, pero a la que modificas algo o empiezas de cero, falla.

Prueba por favor eso y yo por mi parte probaré usando la 17.1.2d Win.

He probado a crear un caso desde 0 y ha funcionado bien
Estoy usando la rama master del problemtype.

pasame algun ejemplo y miro a ver

Acabo de probar la 17.1.2d Win y falla.
¿Puedes probar correr el caso por defecto de inlet3D y eliminar todo menos el inlet y el suelo? Ahí falla.
Te envío mi caso por si las moscas
