Registration revamp

• Single game command instead of register, leave, players and clear
• Dynamic player list in an embed with buttons to register (and leave), start the game and cancel the registration below
• Confirmations of starting the game and of cancelling the registration

Fixes

• 000 (message to finish the game prematurely) now is listened from every player
  (earlier was listened only from the players of team whose turn it was)

Technical

• Deletion of columns players, team1, team2 from guilds table of database

Sad

• First easter egg deletion
