Can't compile dependency from Elixir

Hi!
I've created a new project with mix new and tried to use cuttlefish as a dependency, this is my mix.exs file:

      {:hut, "~> 1.3", manager: :rebar3, override: true}
    ]
  end
end

But when I try to compile cuttlefish with mix compile cuttlefish I get the following error:

I'm using this versions of Erlang and Elixir:

Erlang/OTP 25 [erts-13.0] [source] [64-bit] [smp:8:8] [ds:8:8:10] [async-threads:1] [jit]

Elixir 1.13.4 (compiled with Erlang/OTP 25)

Cuttlefish runs just fine on Erlang 25, so after a closer look

===> Unable to run post hooks for 'compile', command '{bad_app,getopt}' in namespace 'rebar_prv_escriptize' not found

suggests that it's Rebar that trips up.

Some googling around suggests such failures are environment specific: one, two.

In case someone can point out to what in our Rebar metadata files may be causing this, this sounds
like a build tool interplay that Cuttlefish does not cause, or an environment-specific problem.
