Release 20220103 - Timing Fixes

• Hold DOE/DBOE slightly longer at the end of S7
• Change "slew" compile option from fast to slow

This resolves compatibility issues reported by Agnus_8367 on a1k.org with the 68EC020-TK + AT-Bus Clone combination
