dex里面 order已经显示 100% fill 了，但是token显示还是在授权中

是不是 pendingTx的推送逻辑能否优化：更快的推送呢？例如0个确认块就推送？

猜测：这种情况要么是网络问题，要么是relay对数据的更新有些逻辑bug
