I'm wondering if there is a practical limit on the reference size readfish can use (assuming I have enough RAM to load the reference into memory).
Specifically, I'm wondering if, for example, I could make my reference all known bacterial sequences (such that my sequencing effort would exclude eukaryotes)?
Thanks!
