datepicker的defaultDate设置new Date()和Array（[2019, 8, 14]）都无效，mpvue-weui: "^1.0.12"

在苹果系统中第一次弹出选择框没有默认选择当前时间

更新下 mpvue-weui 的依赖，将 mpvue-picker 的版本升级到 2.1.6 可以修复这个问题
