Make D*C be an element of A_{dimV - 1}(|C|), where D is any ToricDivisor, and C is a cone, represented as a ToricCycle.

|C| should be produced through the method normalToricVariety(ToricCycle) and should have in its cache a parent attribute. In particular parent |C| === variety C. The creation of that method is assigned to issue #7 .
