Some MP Bugs, random Messages pop up and graphics disappear

I wrote some Bugs down we got in MP

1. Random message"the enemy" died...
2. Also the bomb somtimes disappeared when i had picked it up and ran some steps.
3. The host cannot see the other player in our scenario
4. Sometimes a when a player tiggers shoot he keeps on shooting
5. When want to place rails and has not enough money left, I also get the message "you need 10 to build a rail".
6. When want to place a rail droid and has not enough money left, I also get the message "you need 50 for a rail droid".

Don't know if this is reproduceable on other systems, let me know
I was playing with a friend in a local network on windows machines. All tested with SNAPSHOT no.32
