It would be very handy to have list of tags we can include and exclude from the main tags. For example:

hair color tags:
black_hair, blue_hair, brown_hair, etc...

Hair style tags:
Long_hair, twintails, bob_cut, etc...

You can let the user add a file somewhere for their own custom filters.
