Rename devices

It would be great if we could rename devices from the settings/devices page.

This would change the origin/name on RGC, PD and possibly the device hostname, as well as the locally sql stored name.

Depending on the naming scheme that was started, sometimes device purpose change and require a name change to make sense. It can be a real headache, especially on a larger scale to change device names.
