因为项目设计可用于较低配置的平台，所以使用 PIL 绘图而不引入浏览器截图，如果实现类似功能可能只能以图文方式推送标题摘要以及原文链接

哦哦，好的
那请问能否做一个这样的开关：是否使用浏览器截图 （false时米游社公告仅推送标题和链接，true时使用浏览器截图全部内容
