Adapt the scripts for SM

Add new operational mode (either "service mode" or "visitor mode")
Add new version of OB-making tool (replace 70% category for 30%)
Add folders creation as concatenations instead of folders
Recognition of Resolution and run via parsing -> Saving that into a config file or such
Implement LST-Range for Automatic tool
Implement GS check for Automatic tool
