右键菜单切换路由规则问题 #727

描述问题
Windows11，定义Default路由规则为绕过局域网和大陆，再定义一个全局为全局代理，在routes_box可以看到有两个路由规则配置文件。右键系统托盘图标-当前路由规则-全局切换，再打开路由设置-简易路由界面会发现切换没有成功，显示的还是绕过大陆的规则，用https://ip.skk.moe/查IP，国内网站也是识别到本地IP，此时需要到主界面-路由设置-管理路由规则切换才能转为全局。但从右键菜单由全局切换回绕过大陆又是可以生效的，总的来说，右键菜单切换为全局路由规则无效。
