[Issue] TAGs on Battlemech Turrets have broken arc visuals, and Battlemech Turrets can't be rotated during the TAG phase. #6518

Brief Description *

When using a TAG mounted on a Battlemech Turret, its arc is visually confined to the front of the mech, but its actual arc will be invisible, and pointing in the direction that the turret was last pointing in. This is also problematic because the right-click menu to rotate the turret is unavailable during the TAG phase.

3. Steps to Reproduce

Mount a TAG and Battlemech Turret onto a mech, and mount the TAG on the turret, rotate the turret during the firing phase, and during the next turn's TAG phase you'll see that the visually displayed arc is not accurate, and you will not be able to rotate the turret itself until the firing phase again.

May also be worth checking vehicle secondary turrets, they have a similar interface to mech turrets.
