Registered 'picnicss' as a meteor organization and created an atmosphere profile.

Just read about the new "sister repo" approach here which seems like the preferred option going forward. Since I don't want to have to repeat my work on this though, I will hold off my attempt at an official integration until I can get some more detailed instructions.

To make-do for the time-being, I will just create a standard wrapper package and publish it under my own namespace.
