I created this operator status originally to include Group support so that instead of testing whether or not an agent is login and waiting for a chat it could test if someone of a specific group is logged in and waiting.
Example: this could be for people who only want Sales people to be contacted but also want to offer support via live chat transferring but don't want to bother the tech support team with sales questions.
