Feature: Add support for NeoAir devices

NeoAir devices appear to work in mode 1 - Thermostat but I cannot say how completely this works.

More testing is needed in Mode 1 - Thermostat, Mode 2 - Timer, and Mode 3 - Thermostat and Hotwater. This testing is understand if these devices behave as expected and add support for anything missing. Once this is complete the devices can be listed with some certainty of being supported correctly.

That's good. But working and fully working are two separate things! I guess the main question is whether a NeoAir in mode 3 (thermostat and timer) works correctly. I think it should mostly work.

@ocrease A question I should be able to answer in a month or two (Along with some NeoHub Mini testing).

Could also ask the person who reported #202 if its they are working well. I think those were NeoAir V1's, but I think they had them in combined mode.
