Missing translations for new translations keys

While making the i18n-plugin compatible with the Camunda Modeler v5 we noticed new labels that we now have to translate. The German and of course the English default translations are already done. We now need the translations for the missing languages, namely Portuguese, Chinese, Russian, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) and Dutch.

The translation keys belong into properties-panel.js. The translations-keys that are missing are the following:
