Request for a file points to wrong place?

I am using the cssfilters test. My terminal shows me the request for the file died when running grunt modernizr...

The following tests could not be downloaded

404 http://modernizr.com/Modernizr/Modernizr/87c723720a48254ae37ffd56829e32a96f5c5496/feature-detects/cssfilters.js

Looking on GitHub, it appears the file is really at feature-detects/css/filters.js. Had a quick look at commit history and couldn't find a commit talking about moving files.

Have the files moved, or have I done something wrong? Cheers.
