This is for the ghostrole bounty hunting thing, Pretty much the things we spawn with doesnt include a fugitive locator nor does the bounty hunting computer work in the shuttle as the portal doesnt connect to it. Multitooling doesnt work even deconstructing it and reconstructing the computer and portal it doesnt work.
