Reproduction:

I have been mining, leaving and entering Z-levels, got the Eye of God, got back to the station - the bug that is famous under the name of "Mesons Bug" struck and I was unable to interact with anything on the certain Z-level, map: Blueshift, Z-level is the same with the cargo office.
