Reproduction:

was on the emergency shuttle. i had problems with a drunk virus that was giving me toxin damage. i was entirely fine come the shuttle for whatever reason on my HUD, but someone started throwing janitor bombs and a shitton of flashbangs, which when they started going off i immediately went into crit and died. i apparently died of toxins, however me going into crit was only as the flashbangs went off and not the janitor bombs if i remember correctly

the janitor bombs can be the EZ-CLEAN grenades which kill you very fast, not a bug most likely. a skill issue even
