Looks like the russian surplus hats can break without reason. Ordered a surplus crate and was unable to take it off via clickdragging or clicking. Spinning didn't work either. Relatively harmless but you can't use other hats. In addition, I had an inactive modsuit, but I don't remember ever deploying it after getting the hat before the issue happened.
