Reproduction:

If you step directly into a fire, and then proceed to step out and roll to put out your clothes that are on fire, those clothes will occasionally stay smoking as if they are taking constant damage, even though they aren't. This visual will persist when dead, when the clothes are taken off, and if clothes are put back on.
