Unsure if this is intended or not, but I got sacred flame earlier in the round, then died and became a cogscarab after rat'var was summoned, but i kept sacred flame.

Not intended. You're not meant to keep any spells if you die and come back as a separate character via ghost, only if you come back through having your mind transferred directly via brain transfer, mind swap, etc.
