These lines are in question

This single declaration allows overflow on all codeblocks, such as on this page (at least on a 1080 display).

What is the intent of this CSS? I've currently disabled this userscript due to this issue.

Yep, oops!! I have a code wrap userscript installed, so I didn't notice. I'll have this fixed ASAP.

I set the overflow to be visible because the code color swatch is now clickable. It opens a popup containing the color in different formats.
