How can I fix this problem?

If you are using BungeeCord (or Waterfall) it is caused by that and not Axiom.

Because Axiom send packets larger than vanilla and BungeeCord doesn't support that.
If you want to use a proxy you'll need to modify and compile BungeeCord yourself or use Velocity from PaperMC.
