Here you can set the global Java settings
This is where you can set the global memory settings for java, you may want to set the setting higher. If you are using java 32bit the max is around 1500MB.
This is where the settings for the java runtime live, like the location of the runtime & any java arguments to use. The memory and permgen size is already set VIA. the Memory option.
