[Deprecation Notice] Deprecate old tools

I think it's time to deprecate some old/undocumented tools, unless someone is still using them (please answer here!).

I will wait a bit for everyone interested to check this and give their opinions.

Some of them would be:

• Lattice tool
• Lips Shrinkwrap tool (old and bugged with the current implementation) - Deprecated in 2025.2.x
• Child Of (is it still useful to someone?)

Nothing that can't be done manually, for real, still shrinkwrap tool can be done with the copy paste to selected feature although is still an extra step.

The main issue is that those tools were made when I was a bit inexperienced with blender stuffs, and it is really hard to maintain. If nobody use them, it's pointless to keep buggy features or code inside the UI.

I deprecated the lips shrinkwrap tool, I tried and it was too bugged. The other two are working, so I'll leave them be for now.
