Poll cowin APIs to check if vaccines are now available.

Known Issues:

Sometimes the covin servers are under heavy load, during those times app would not work.

How to use?

Install Node.js (if not installed)
Clone the repo or, download the code.
Open terminal/command prompt in the folder.
Run the command: npm install
Run the command: npm start
Follow the steps for config setup.
Keep the app open, when vacancy is available, alert sound will play.
