Welcome to the web page for the 40th Project Week!

This event took place January 29 - February 2, 2024 in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, Spain. Project Week 40 was a hybrid event with a strong in-person component. If you have any questions, you can contact the organizers.

Preparation meetings

We held weekly preparation meetings at 10am on Tuesdays on Zoom, starting November 21, 2023. The links were posted here the week before.

Registration

  • All participants (both remote and in-person) have to register using the this form.
  • Registration for remote participants is free.
  • Registration fee for in person participants will be 450€ per person. In-person registration is now closed.

Important: The deadline for registration and payment of the fee is Jan 15th. If you have problems with the payment or registration, contact namic@ebatinca.com.

Note: EU regulations require 2FA for all payments. European banking standards and most credit cards support this by default. If your payment doesn't process due to 2FA issues, please reach out for a custom payment link at namic@ebatinca.com.
