The sentences for the checkboxes under Final Consent should be updated as follows;

(first) - "I Agree to the Terms and Conditions" (no need for the rest of that sentence).
(second) - "I've read the Code of Conduct and commit to honoring it"

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to submit a proposal.
2. Scroll to the bottom under the Final Consent area.

Expected behavior
The sentences to have correct verbiage.
