[Announcement] NEST plan to switch quotation channel on Ethereum from HBTC to PBTC at 17:00(UTC+8) on Oct 12th, the switching process requires all quotation miners to suspend quotation and close all historical quotations, after the switch is completed, then start the normal quotation. All the HBTC assets need to switch to PBTC for quotation, and at the same time, the Standard Output will be adjusted from 24 NEST/Block to 20 NEST/Block.
