Sane-ify caching when debugging #132

All the shortcodes currently cache their results with set/get_transient, which sets an expiry time of 1000 minutes, making debugging a bit annoying to change that time to get all the code to run.

A simple check on whether WP_DEBUG is true to decide whether to cache in all the shortcodes should do the trick.
