In the Version 0 we already recommend precision for the frequency, however, the rest of the metadata doesn't have precision recommendations. This is especially relevant in the case of temperature where chemists providing temperature as 297.9 and 298.0 for two experiments on one compound results in two corresponding NMReData files.
