Getting error when compiling NCEP libs #207

Describe the bug
I followed the instructions to compile the libs but i'm getting an error. Could you please help, did I something wrong ?

To Reproduce
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/home/ubuntu/tools/code/NCEPLIBS/output/ ../NCEPLIBS
make -j

I didn't set any environement variables ...

Expected behavior
All libs compiled without errors

Build Information
How did you build or access NCEPLIBS?
Following the instructions.

@leneon314 I don't see any reply here. Are you able to compile with the latest copy of bufr? If this is still an issue, I suggest creating an issue under the bufr repository so it will get more attention: https://github.com/NOAA-EMC/NCEPLIBS-bufr/
