End-of-Life for NEW API REopt optimization runs with v1 and v2

As mentioned in the announcement of REopt API V3 as stable from September 2023, as of April 1st, 2024, v1 and v2 versions of the API will no longer accept POSTs for REopt optimization runs (e.g. to https://developer.nrel.gov/api/reopt/v1/job). Other requests to v1 and v2 endpoints will continue to work for the next 6 months, including GET /job/<run_uuid>/results to retrieve previously-run v1 and v2 REopt optimization runs.

Please transition to the stable (v3) version of the REopt API, as described in the REopt API V3 as stable announcement, if you have not already done so.
