Describe the bug
We do not have any guidelines on how to run the notebook files under SQL+DF-Examples and XGBoost-Examples

The docs should include at least below information:

1, The OS/docker environment
2, The software/python packages
3, The datasets for the tests
4, The command line to run the notebook files
5, The output datasets generated
6, How to check PASS/FAILURE from the test result
