Neogit cannot use both scope and buf

I found that this commit

has caused this issue

It prevents me from opening up neogit at all.

Neovim version

NVIM v0.10.4
Build type: Release
LuaJIT 2.1.1713484068
Run "nvim -V1 -v" for more info

Operating system and version

Ubuntu 24

I see you're using nvim 0.10.x - could you update to 0.11.x and see if the issue persists?
