Shepherd checkout fails on clone using keys that require passphrase

Introduction

As a Shepherd user that clones projects via git using ssh keys with passphrase, I want to be able to execute shepherd checkout without Shepherd hanging.

Acceptance Criteria

• When I call shepherd checkout on a Shepherd yaml file and with ssh key that requires passphrase, Shepherd is able to checkout projects to local.
