- 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
skinless, cubed
- 1 Large Egg
- Granulated Garlic, Kosher Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes

and toss to coat, working in batches if needed. - Spread
breadcrumbs
on plate, season withspices
and set aside. - Beat
egg
and 1tbsp water into a medium bowl. - Remove
chicken

and set aside on clean plate. Work in batches. - Heat a layer of
