Allow resending confirmation email

After I registed, I found input wrong email or I haven't received email.

When require email confirmation is enabled in the ACP there should be a button to resend the email in /user/edit section.

@barisusakli thanks, I got it. But user maybe can't find where it is. The alert message should have more detail to tell user how to resolve this problem or show a button with message, after clicked then goto /user/edit section.
