Add cookies notice / link to privacy statement / opt-out of web analytics cookies

The App Store now requires a privacy statement before apps can be approved. We have created a privacy statement that also includes our interactions with users of the Android app, the website and our social media pages / feeds. A pop-up notification about the use of tracking cookies on the website is needed, ideally with an opt-out option: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or a link to our privacy statement.
