Update to the latest vtk js version #133

Hi all!

When I build MPR using View2D with the latest version of vtk.js (currently is 16.2.2) I get an error in View2D (rotateFromDirections is undefined https://github.com/OHIF/react-vtkjs-viewport/blob/master/src/VTKViewport/View2D.js#L86) due to the change in mixin of vtkPaintWidget: Kitware/vtk-js@0f86669#diff-b5418036475f3273583a6b26f89bd42ceec1b43d41a1f88a4044a641424d7b24R166
