Will allow us to host docs on oslc4net.github.io and to set up various apps like https://github.com/marketplace/codefactor/ and https://github.com/marketplace/codecov without security concerns for the rest of the projects here.

For now I set up codecov with access to a single repo. DocFX docs hosting will be likely when we need to make the move.
