💥 [DevOps][WIP] Current state of webapp and backend dependencies

Motivation

At the current state of the application it it bound to certain dependency versions, e.g. Vue and Nuxt in the webapp and Neo4j and GraphQL in thebackend.
To not loose track of deprecations and security issues, this issue collects all relevant details about the current state of dependencies.
