Gambatte core doesn't have netlink

Provide a clear and concise description of the issue

The Gambatte core included in the latest version of onionOS doesn't include netlink. This prevents using it to connect to other Retroarch's instances using the same core in the network.

Manually downloading the latest arm core from https://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/linux/armv7-neon-hf/latest/gambatte_libretro.so.zip and replacing it in /mnt/SDCARD/Retroarch/.retroarch/cores, brings a functional Gambatte core with netlink.

This core was tested to trade a Pokémon between Red and Yellow, using the Miyoo Mini Plus and a Macbook Pro: https://youtube.com/shorts/zy7ORC6BJWQ?feature=share

Please include the Gambatte core with netlink enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Retroarch
2. Load Core
3. Select Nintendo - Gameboy (Gambatte)
4. It will use a non-netlink version of Gambatte.
