In order to develop a Temperature Map, the point layer should be
interpolated (with recorded temperatures from meteorological
stations). We use the tool provided by QGIS to process the data –
Geometry Tool - triangulation. After performing the interpolation, we
carry out a data categorization process. We specify scale ranges for
temperatures, we prepare the legend. We visualize the layer for the
temperature map

This is similar or equivalent to #3 Just input data and interpolation is needed.

It's hard to find any publicly available dataset. But it seems, that the predefined dataset "Daily mean temperature TG" from http://eca.knmi.nl/dailydata/predefinedseries.php is the right one. But the data need processing to make the to geospatial dataset.
